HXFB series fine blanking machine
The main frame is optimized by finite element calculation, and the rigidity is enhanced; the sliding block is guided by eight-sided guide rail + center guide; the electro-hydraulic servo system + adjustable mechanical stopper is adopted to ensure the repeated positioning accuracy of the machine tool ±0.01mm. The running speed of the slider is increased, the opening/closing speed can reach 200mm/s, and the detection and punching speed can reach 60mm/s.
Fine blanking machine
The typical structure of fine blanking die includes movable convex mode structure, fixed convex mode structure and continuous fine blanking die. The fine blanking process requires precise blanking force, blank holder force and back pressure of the fine blanking equipment. Therefore, the high-volume production of fine-blanking parts generally uses mechanical fine-blanking machines, but the cost of mechanical press equipment is high, so many manufacturers use hydraulic die sets to fine-blank parts on hydraulic presses. The hydraulic press has low cost and is suitable for the production of fine blanking parts of various varieties and small and medium batches.
