Job Responsibilities:

　　1. Responsible for formulating annual management review, internal audit and product review plans, and implement them as planned.

　　2. Responsible for supervising the implementation of the company's IATF16949 and other quality system standards.

　　3. Responsible for the certification and modification of the quality system. Responsible for the company's 6S management.

　　4. Responsible for management review, customer on-site audit, internal audit and follow-up verification of non-conformance items to correct and prevent or improve items.

　　5. Assist the department manager to make statistics on the completion of monthly department goals, and to check and score the goals of the quality department staff.

　　6. Responsible for the training of the quality department and the company's internal staff quality system knowledge.

　　7. Other tasks arranged by the leader

　　job requirements:

　　Education: college degree or above, major in machinery, engineering, mold, measurement engineering and other related majors;

　　Position experience: more than 5 years of experience in quality management;

　　Industry experience: more than 3 years of work experience in the same industry;

　　Knowledge requirements: Familiar with ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards, familiar with relevant knowledge of product quality control and testing, and experience in quality system implementation.

　　Competence requirements: excellent organization and coordination skills, comprehensive analysis skills, external communication skills, strong oral and written communication skills, proficient operation of office and design software.

　　Other requirements: serious and rigorous work, strong sense of responsibility, abide by principles, calm and decisive in situations.
