Job Responsibilities:

　　1. Responsible for the design and drawing of the company's newly developed molds and tools, quantities, fixtures;

　　2. Responsible for mold manufacturing and improvement, confirmation and tracking of maintenance programs;

　　3. Responsible for assisting in production and quality processing to solve mold trial and production problems;

　　4. Responsible for the conversion of product drawings and the preparation of parts processing technology documents;

　　5. Responsible for the analysis of the technical feasibility of new products and the stamping process.

　　job requirements:

　　1. Graduated from major in mold design, material molding or mechanical mold;

　　2, be able to use CAD and UG or Pro/e or SolidWorks software proficiently;

　　3. Familiar with cold stamping or fine blanking die structure, with 2 years and above experience in independent design of stamping die;

　　4, understand the mold processing flow and processing technology, equipment;

　　5. Understand product molding technology and mechanical processing technology, and be able to draw mechanical design drawings proficiently;

　　6. Have a certain level of English reading and writing ability, and be able to read foreign language drawings with the help of a dictionary;
